1. Acceptance of terms of sale

The present conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions concluded between the stainless steel jewelry wholesale company Satine (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and its professional customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"). The conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer, to the exclusion of any other conditions.

 

2. Products and availability

We endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including their availability. However, due to the nature of jewelry and possible variations, there may be cases where a product ordered is no longer available. In such cases, we undertake to inform you promptly and to offer you an exchange or a credit note.

 

3. Orders

Customers may place orders with the Vendor subject to a minimum order value of €150 excluding VAT. Orders may be placed by telephone, e-mail or via the Vendor's website. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Vendor, who reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons.

 

4. Price

Product prices are quoted in euros and exclusive of tax. Delivery charges, applicable taxes and any other charges are payable by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the order. The Vendor reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice. This will not affect orders already placed.

 

5. Payment

Payment for products must be made in accordance with the terms agreed between the Seller and the Customer. The Seller accepts the methods of payment specified on the invoices and the terms of payment agreed beforehand. The transfer of ownership of the goods delivered will take place after full payment of the price.

 

6. Shipping

We undertake to dispatch your order as soon as possible after receipt of full payment, subject to product availability and the delivery times indicated for each delivery option. Delivery times are estimated and may vary according to destination and circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events or problems with the carrier.

Delivery charges are at the customer's expense and will be specified when the order is confirmed. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for ensuring that someone is present to receive the order.

 

 7. Transfer of risks

 8. Legal guarantee

The legal warranty applies under the conditions stipulated by law. The rights covered by articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code apply. 9. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. In the event of a product defect or non-conformity, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to report any problem. We will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. The Seller reserves the right to request proof of the defect.

 

10. Data confidentiality

The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data provided by the Customer. Personal information will only be used within the framework of the commercial transaction and will not be disclosed to third parties, except with the prior authorization of the Customer or in cases provided for by law.

Contracts concluded on our website (data relating to your order and GCS in force on the day of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. You can access archived contracts by requesting them by post or e-mail.

 

11. Force majeure

The Vendor cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by law.

 

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
